About Our Member Communities

The Regional Interconnectivity Study member communities include Fall River, Dighton, Somerset, and Swansea, all located in Bristol County on the shores of the Taunton River in Southern Massachusetts. All four communities recognize that a secure, reliable water supply is essential to support emergency response capabilities and have come together to improve the resilience and redundancy of the regional water supply.
